Foresight Fitness Services was established in 2002 to deliver wellbeing related service to a diverse range of clients. This was initially limited to the Manchester area, but has grown to reach across the whole North West. Foresight aims to provide fitness and wellbeing related services that serve the community as a whole, this view can still be seen by the various community related initiatives that Foresight are currently involved in (see news section for latest updates).

The company began by providing with a limited number of sessions aimed at improving an individuals' fitness levels, nutritional well being and general lifestyle. Since then Foresight has grown to include a number of services aimed at corporate clients, industry partners and sporting teams. This has lead to the implementation of a quality control system, instructor code of ethics, and professional development plans that means we are able to offer all our clients the best possible service from qualified and experienced trainers. Foresight provides excellent quality whilst maintaining prices that are competitive.
