10 Easy Healhy Eating Tips

Hi All,

JUst a very quick post today, just thought I would put out into cyber space my very basic Top 10 Healthy Eating Tips.  This is a very common question I get asked by my Personal Training clients, so here they are:-

1. Always eat breakfast
2. Get your 5 a day!
3. Snack on fruits and not on processed foods
4. Eat more fish
5. Eliminate bad fats from your diet
6. Avoid processed sugar
7. Eat less salt.
8. Drink water and teas. Avoid all soda.
9. Never skip meals, eat regularly
10. Avoid all fast foods and non foods
